The idea:

A non-profit app that lives on seat-back touch screens. The app matches in-flight volunteers with simple tasks that non-profits need completed. Tasks could include organizing, brainstorms, analytics, finance help, accounting, etc.

The reward:

In exchange for volunteering, passengers receive points to use towards future travel. They also get to feel good about having done something positive for the world with their in-flight time.
